General Info
The Directorate of Insurance Affairs is entrusted to implement (and to reform) all relevant laws and regulations and ensure that commercial companies adhere to them. There are two departments: Insurance Companies Department and the Regulation of Insurance Companies Department.Services offered by the aforementioned departments are numerous including - just to name a few - offering operating licenses, following consumer complaints, and settling violations fees.
